This show had it all in terms of comedy types: absurdist, observational, character, physical, topical, and dark comedy. I think that Farce Side was trying to do a smarter kind of comedy here. Its biggest problem was that the energy in general was inconsistent.
"New Home" At first I wasn't sure whether to laugh or just be plain annoyed. I mean, I get what they were trying to do, an architect is just showing the same house over and over, only the plans look like someone who's just barely taking art class. I don't know whether to call it observational or surreal comedy, but it was something.
"Grandma's Dead" We've seen this before. There was a little dark humor here. A guy's family members die and everyone around him is happy 'cause they're at a baseball game. Yeah, that sums it up.
"Re-phrased robbery" This was definitely one of the better sketches of the show, and one that was silly, yet well-written.
"America's Next Dance Crew" I think that one of the funniest moments, aside from the pedophile dance crew, was Danny getting in and out of the box. I'm just glad that he didn't fall over while doing so. It would've killed it a little.
The "News" showed some real improvement, especially the use of British dialect. Please keep it up.
My final score is 8.75 out of 10.
