"Cereal Reunion" Yes, we have different cereal mascots - Tony the Tiger, Mikey from the Life cereal commercial, Snap, Crackle, and some guy who's replacing Pop - gathering together.
Enjoyable way to start the show.
"Blowing up the world" What I want to know is, how does Farce Side get away with taking something like global destruction so casually? These two lab guys are arguing over the fact that one of them just blew up the world.
I've seen something similar in a TV show or two, where a catastrophic event took a backseat to the actual A-plot.
Good, but I doubt it's "Best of" material. Sorry.
"A Bad Day in the Casino" Of course there are times when a person's mouth gets them in trouble, but it's even funnier when it happens unintentionally. This happens in a casino, and when you say things like "hit me," "snake eyes," or you call out a black Roulette number, you usually don't expect to get the hell beaten out of you. The payoff is the offended people - this happens in a flashback - coming to the 'offender's' house and beating him up.
Please put this one in the "Best of" show!
"Divorced lawyers" As you can see, the title is one of the most ironic of all. We have Divorce lawyers, who are also divorced lawyers, and they have to help a couple through a divorce. You can kinda guess the rest.
A swerve entailed, where the lawyers looked like they were gonna make up, but instead it doesn't do the TV ending.
I'm especially enjoying that the "News" doesn't just coast along. Ryan and Fisch aren't letting complacency get the better of them.
My final score is 9 out of 10.
